2.3 Late Payments: EU Biotech Campus reserves the right to cancel registrations if payment is not received by the deadline.

2.4 Taxes and Fees: Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes or additional fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Participant Cancellation: Participants may cancel their registration under the conditions specified in our Refund Policy. Refunds are subject to applicable deadlines and administrative fees.

3.2 Cancellation by EU Biotech Campus: In the event of program cancellation or rescheduling by EU Biotech Campus, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

3.3 Force Majeure: EU Biotech Campus is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

4. Participant Responsibilities

4.1 Code of Conduct: Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior during all training sessions. Any form of misconduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

4.2 Confidentiality: Participants must not disclose or share proprietary content, training materials, or confidential information provided during the training sessions.

4.3 Use of Materials: Training materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission from EU Biotech Campus.

5. Training Programs

5.1 Content Delivery: EU Biotech Campus reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or format of its training programs to ensure quality and relevance.

5.2 Certification: Participants will receive a certificate of completion upon fulfilling attendance and performance requirements.

5.3 Attendance: Participants are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions to meet certification criteria.

6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability: EU Biotech Campus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its programs or use of its website.

6.2 Participant Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they meet the prerequisites for the training and for their own travel, accommodation, and other associated costs.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Charleroi. 

7.2 Resolution of Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Charleroi.
